I'll admit my stick skinny days are long over. Especially after having 3 kids in two years. But, honestly I wouldn't want to be that small again ever. I think women should have a curves, ya know? Though I do want to lose a few pounds. You know get this body in check. Everlast Nutrition  gave me a nudge in the right direction.
I received free to try a weeks worth of Everlast Nutrition Lean Naturally Flavored Breakfast Shake Mix. It's supposed to help you eat less with Fabuless +15 vitamins and minerals. What's Fabuless, I'm sure you're asking. Well, it's a proprietary formula that is proven to help control your appetite throughout the day.
You're supposed to drink it in the morning as a meal replacement for breakfast. Directions are to use one packet and 8oz of water, and to mix well.
Now here's my thoughts on it. When first trying it, I used water that I had sitting in the freezer a little while. So it was nice and cold. I opened up a packet of the breakfast shake mix, and got the stirring. And was left with a milky mix that had lots of lumps. I ended up getting frustrated trying to get rid of the lumps, and just drank it. It tastes like a mix of fruits mixed in water.... Definitely not a hit. Though I obviously mixed it wrong the first day, it still worked. I wasn't hungry though I just jew I would be because, well, let's be real. It's ONLY 8oz., But it did the trick! I stayed full feeling a good part of the morning. And I wasn't feeling ravenous by the time I ate lunch.
Day 2 I used hot water and it mixed beautifully. I stuck it in the freezer, and tried to wait as long as possible. Which needless to say wasn't to long, so I ended up drinking it Luke warm.... yea... not so good. But again, it worked. Hunger pains or anything.
Day 3 This time I mixed it in hot water the night before and stuck it in the fridge. In the morning it was perfect but a little on the thin side. More like a drink than a shake, but still good. And of course it worked.
Day 4 - 7 I got creative, I froze 7 ounces of water into ice cubes. I then added it a ounce of water to the powder, and poured it into my magic bullet. Yes, yes, I know, why didn't I just use that from the beginning? Well, I wanted to know if a blender of some sort is needed. And to answer that question, IT IS! Anyway I threw those ice cubes in there and it came out nice and shake like. This is by far the best way to make it in my humble opinion. The fruit flavor really came through, and it didn't taste watery or chalky.
Now I didn't way myself, so I can't say how much weight I loss. I knew I lost something though since my pants waistband felt a little looser. And that was only in a week! I didn't change my diet or my level of exercise up at all besides replacing breakfast with the shake. If I were to try the full months worth, which is 4 weeks worth of shakes for breakfast and a pill that you take before eating lunch I'm sure I would have seen an even bigger difference!
