Fractionated Coconut Oil! Lovin It On My Hair!!

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOP7d4a4cee6c05267b941aab70aa7b2892" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
I love coconut oil for my hair, it's definitely a staple in my hair care regimen. Coconut oil does so much for your hair. It adds or maintains protein levels in hair, helps maintain moisture levels, conditions, fight dandruff, and so much more. It really is great for hair, and I add it to everything. From shampoo to my leave in. I mix it in my shampoo to combat the drying, and stripping affects of the shampoo. In my conditioner for added strength and moisture, shine, and slip. You can see where I'm going with this. Lol It really is literally in all my hair products.  My hair is fine, and dries out easily, on top of it being relaxed. So this is literally keeping my armpit length hair growing strong. But the downside to using coconut oil is that it's usually in a solid form when you go to use it. So then you're stuck having to warm it up before you mix it in whatever you're mixing it into. If you put it in a spray mix, then it sort of solidifies and sprays out crazy. So you can imagine how excited I was when I was given the opportunity to try Radha Beauty Fractionated Coconut Oil! All the benefits of coconut oil but in a permanent liquid form! Yasssss! It's light, doesn't stain, and is awesome for hair just like solid coconut oil but none of the hassle! Now I can just add it without having to warm the coconut oil up. Radha Beauty Fractionated Coconut Oil is the real deal. I even mixed it in my relaxer and it worked awesomely! My hair came out straight but not overly processed, no burns or anything. I'm in love with Radha Beauty Fractionated Coconut Oil, and I won't be going back! Give it a try, and tell me y'all thoughts!

Peppermint Oil, My New Hair Growth Secret!!

If there's one thing you should know about me is I'm obsessed with hair. Right now I'm in the grow it long and strong phase. So I'm always jumping on one band wagon or another as far as hair growth is concerned. Well peppermint oil isn't really jumping on a band wagon, it's more like riding an oldie but goodie. A tried and true if you will. I got the chance to try Adovia Mineral Skin Care GoPure Pure Peppermint Oil. And I'm thrilled that I did!      First let me give you a little info on peppermint oil. Peppermint is a hybrid mint, a cross between watermint and spearmint. The plant, indigenous to Europe and the Middle East. Peppermint Oil may help relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and indigestion, and soothe sore muscles, among other things. Now so far all I've tried it for is hair growth. And it's doing such a great job with that, that I'm sure it would do great in all the other areas too.       Now back to Adovia Mineral Skin Carr's Go Pure Pure Peppermint Oil. It comes in a nice Amber glass bottle with a dropper. I like that it comes in the appropriate bottle because nothing is worse than buying good oil in a clear bottle than you literally have to keep in the dark all the time so the sun won't ruin it. I like the dropper because you should ALWAYS dilute Pure Peppermint Oil in a carrier oil or water because it can cause irritation and/or a burn. Especially on sensitive skin. Also the 4 oz size is definitely a steal, and a little go a looonggggg way, so it'll definitely last forever.     The benefits for using pure peppermint oil as a hair growth aid are numerous. It can help relieve common hair concerns such as dry scalp, hair loss, hair growth, and much more. Peppermint oil also stimulates the hair follicle by increasing blood circulation and oxygen supply. Hair follicles and roots are able to grow at their full potential when there is a large supply of oxygen. So it really can help grow thinning hair, and that bad haircut you regretted as soon as that first piece of hair hit the floor.     So I've been using this for about a month now. I added it to my shampoo, conditioner, prepoo, deep conditioner, basically if it went in my hair it got a little peppermint oil added to it. I did everything normally. Shampoo twice a week, condition 3 times a week, deep condition once a week, the usual. I had a fresh relaxer when I started so I had no new growth whatsoever. Well now a month later my hair is already looking like I haven't relaxed my hair in about 12 weeks instead of 4 weeks. Yasssss!!!! My scalp feels great, and I love the tingle the oil gives my scalp. You can actually feel your follicles opening up. I have no flakes, and my scalp isn't dry and itchy. This is a staple I'll be keeping. And if you haven't tried it, give it a go! Let me know how it works for you! I highly recommend giving Adovia Mineral Skin Care GoPure Pure Peppermint Oil a try! It's a large 4 oz size, not the little bottle 1oz bottle I see in stores! *Disclaimer I received this product free to try, but ALL opinions are my own*

Body Merry Retinol Surge Moisturizer, All Day Hydration, And Glowing Skin

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOP194cecb6f89b5f4f3417c8ed6592c2ad" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
One of my pet peeves is dry skin, especially dry skin on the face. You'd think that with all the moisturizers on the market, that such a thing would be a thing of the past. Sadly, it's not. Well for me it isn't. Let me not moisturize my face and I'll be dry, and peeling by brunch. Let me use the wrong moisturizer and I'll be dry and peeling by lunch. To me it's like fighting an unending battle. I keep the dryness at bay by moisturizing mid day. Oh, and did I mention that my skin is more like a combination? Well it is. My forehead and nose will shine brighter than a star! So I'm moisturizing, and blotting all day. And just imagine the hassle if I'm wearing make-up... don't worry I'll wait... are you imagining? So yea... You get the picture. Too much work, for me personally. So of course I'm always on the lookout for a new moisturizer.
So you know I was happy when I got the opportunity to try Body Merry Retinol Surge Moisturizer! Retinol is officially my new thing. I'm totally into it, and the benefits are great. Just so you know, retinol is a form of vitamin A, and it can be found in various topical skin care products. Retinol of course treats wrinkles, clears acne, lightens discolorations, evens skin tone, and shrinks pores. Body Merry Retinol Surge Moisturizer has 2.5% retinol in it. Which is the max. It also contains wildcrafted green tea, organic jojoba oil, vitamin E, vitamin B5 and shea butter. So it's definitely packed with some good stuff! The bottle is a nice 3.4oz size, and one squirt is enough to generously moisturize my face, and neck. So this bottle will last a long while, and you're definitely getting your money's worth!
Now what do I think about it. First when I looked at the package, I didn't expect much. It's not fancy or anything. Totally not what I expected. But, I knew I would like it as soon I pressed the nozzle and the creamy lotion came out. I love creamy lotion because of my dry face. So I was excited over that. There's no real smell, I love that. I hate facial moisturizers that smell like perfume. I just don't get the point. Anyway I applied it after washing, skipping the toning and serum applications because I wanted to see what this would do on it's own. I wasn't disappointed. This creamy lotion spreads nicely and feels luxurious. It took a moment to rub in, but it absorbed extremely well. My skin didn't feel like it was still dry, and my skin felt soft and smooth. It did leave a shine, but I wasn't too worried about that since my first time using it was at night. I woke up to soft, smooth, not shiny, bright looking skin. My dry areas were still moisturized! I couldn't help smiling at myself in the mirror. Yes girl, you literally woke up like this! Lol I was totally loving myself.
Fast forward to now, and I still dig this moisturizer. My skin tone is evening nicely. My skin is vibrant, and glowing. For as thick, and creamy as this lotion is my skin is clear, and I've only had the occasional odd mini pimple. Nothing serious. My hyperpigment marks, old acne scars are fading, and my skin is soft and smooth. During the day I apply it, let it soak in, then blot to avoid the shine. I apply my primer, and make-up and I'm good to go. My face stays moisturized ALL day. No drying up and peeling mid day anymore. My T zone doesn't get greasy from it, this one is so worth it!
Give it a try you might like Body Merry Retinol Surge Moisturizer! Let me know if you do try it, and your thoughts!

La Deessa Peptide Eye Serum... The Secret To The Illusion Of A Full Nights Rest?

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOP408dc6b8bd4906e37530976d5b2b7009" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
The last of the La Deesa Serums I've tried is La Deessa Ageless Peptide Eye Serum. And like the others this serum doesn't disappoint. Peptides are proteins composed of long or short chains of amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. And as you hopefully know amino acids are great for you skin.
This serum boasts that it will help restore skins structural integrity by thickening skin, and restoring elasticity. This serum claims that it evens skin tones and textures, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and reduces bags. Key ingredients include organic aloe, witch hazel, hyaluronic acid, advanced amino complex, jojoba oil, and vitamin E. This eye serum is literally chock full of good stuff.
Now here's my thoughts on it, I like it. I'll be honest, I can't speak for the wrinkles or line filling since I'm not there yet. But my bags are smaller and my under eye area isn't as dark. I think with further use it'll only get better. This serum is just right in consistency. Absorbs, easily and quickly. Doesn't have a smell, and doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky. A half a pump covers both my eye areas adequately. So this bottle will definitely be around for awhile. La Deessa Ageless Peptide Eye Serum is priced under 30 dollars. So it's a steal. I use this serum with La Deessa's other serums and I'm absolutely in love with them. No complaints from me. So why not try it? La Deessa Serums are backed by a 100% money back guarantee!

La Deessa Luminous Retinol Serum... Love it or hate it?

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOPa3b2827a6e35086fe48576d34fa23c7e" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
So far I'm loving it! Idk guys I think I'm just loving the whole serum movement. Lol Like, it's better than lotion. Of course you're supposed to moisturize after applying serums. But I've found that sometimes I can go without that step. Especially when I use La Deessa's Luminous Retinol Serum. My skin is glowing and I'm feeling lovely!
Seriously let me give you the run down on this retinol serum. This serum helps aging skin, help rebuild lost collagen, helps rebuild skin firmness, and elasticity. Helps diminish wrinkles in the eye area, the neck, and chest. It also helps firm sagging skin, moisturizes dry skin,  brightens dull skin. Fades age spots, discoloration, hyperpigmentation marks, and acne. I like to think of it as something like a miracle in a bottle. :-)
The ingredients are great: Organic Herbal Infusion, Organic Aloe (Barbadensis Leaf), Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide (botanical hyaluronic acid), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel), Pentylene Glycol, Phospholipids, Retinol, Polysorbate 20, Potassium Phosphate, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Carrageenan Gum, Organic Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba Oil), Triticum Vulgare (Wheat Germ Oil), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Organic Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea), Wildcrafted Resina Propoli (Propolis), Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Ethyl Hexyl Glycerin. There's lots of moisturizing ingredients in there. Which explains why I can go without using a moisturizer without my face is drying up and cracking like the Sahara desert.
Now here's my official thoughts. The glass bottle is nice, and 2 pumps is enough to cover my entire face and neck.  It doesn't have a smell. I love that, because who wants their face to smell like anything besides... Well face?! Lol It's not overly thick, but not watery. Spreads easily, and absorbs quickly. My skin is looking awesome if I must say so myself! My skin definitely is more brighter and more even. I'm looking wide awake when I'm nowhere near it and going make-up free is no problem. Yasssss! La Deessa Serums are awesome overall. This one most certainly disappointed! And they're priced under 30 dollars with a money back guarantee. You can't beat that with the quality you're getting. Seriously. Try it out, you'll love it!

La Deessa Youthful Vitamin C Anti-Aging Elixir... The Secret To Glowing Skin?

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOPc08c414d3dcee35c5d465afebd54847a" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
As y'all know if y'all read my previous blog post that I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to try La Deessa's line of face serums. And I'm so happy that I did! But first let me give you the details on La Deessa's Youthful 20% Vitamin C Anti-Aging Elixir (Serum)
This serum states that is stimulates collagen production, improves skin tone & texture, significantly reduces wrinkles, and hydrates skin. The vitamin C which is the star of the serum helps to improve firmness and elasticity, brightens skin, diminishes age spots and hyperpigmentation marks. Vitamin C also aids in repairing sun damage, protects skin from future damage and signs of aging.
The ingredients are Organic Herbal Infusion (Organic Gotu Kola, Organic Horsetail, Wildcrafted Dandelion and Wild Geranium), Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf (Aloe), Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamin C), Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide (botanical hyaluronic acid), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel), Carbomer, (2s)-2-Amino-5-guanidinopentanoic Acid, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba Oil), Phenoxyethanol, Ethyl Hexyl Glycerin. As you can see it has some pretty great stuff in it. I'm very happy about that. To many times I've read that back if a bottle and majority of stuff in it it's chemicals.
So here's my thoughts on this serum. I'm seeing a big difference in my skin overall. My skin is more even-toned than its been in a long time. My pores are smaller and I have some pretty big pores. So that's saying a lot. My face is smoother, and looks brighter. I'm thrilled! And not to mention that the price is great, price point retail under $30! That's a major steal for the quality product that you're getting! The bottle is small but the dispenser is a dropper and all you need is few drops at a time. It absorbs quickly and easily, and doesn't have a smell. It's not greasy, so it doesn't leave that dreaded shine. I'm really liking this one a lot guys! It's the first thing I apply to my face after washing it, so it can get all that good stuff first and foremost. Lol Plus La Deessa Youthful 20% Vitamin C Anti-Aging Elixir has a 100% money back guarantee! I highly recommend it!
