    I love coconut oil for my hair, it's definitely a staple in my hair care regimen. Coconut oil does so much for your hair. It adds or maintains protein levels in hair, helps maintain moisture levels, conditions, fight dandruff, and so much more. It really is great for hair, and I add it to everything. From shampoo to my leave in. I mix it in my shampoo to combat the drying, and stripping affects of the shampoo. In my conditioner for added strength and moisture, shine, and slip. So then you're stuck having to warm it up before you mix it in whatever you're mixing it into. If you put it in a spray mix, then it sort of solidifies and sprays out crazy. Peppermint Oil, My New Hair Growth Secret!!

        If there's one thing you should know about me is I'm obsessed with hair. Right now I'm in the grow it long and strong phase.
